The free trial allows you to build only one sign, that displays “demo” on all apps, listings, and across the content rotator.
After your free trial has expired you will receive an email from our servers asking if you would like to renew and upgrade your account to a paid license. From here you can either choose to transfer the content from your demo sign or begin building a brand new sign. You can also select the plus icon on your Qwick Tourist dashboard at any time to purchase additional licenses.
No, we store all of your signs in our database so you can access them down the road when you want to renew your subscription.
You will receive an email notification from the Qwick Tourist team a week before your subscription is set to expire asking if you would like to renew or not. We currently do not offer automatic renewals.
You would need 5 licenses. One license is required per screen.
Yes, licenses of 10 or more receive 1 license for free.

When the ‘live updates’ button is switched on inside of your accounts CMS platform, it generally takes about 5-10 seconds for content to be pushed down to your kiosk.
Yes. Qwick Tourist offers QR code functionality so your guests can simply scan the code and receive maps, menus, coupons, and more directly to their mobile devices!
Currently, we only offer technical assistance to clients who have purchased their hardware directly from Qwick Tourist.
The Qwick Tourist platform was built with the intention of expansion. Our team is in the process of adding many more exciting features including blank apps, multi-lingual capacities, video applications, and more!
We include a standard lockdown service for clients who purchase their hardware through us. We offer this service remotely via the cloud.
While Qwick Tourist performs on any Android or Windows device, we do not recommend, nor do we provide support for customers using rooted devices.
